So, Hurricane Katrina happened when I was 16 years old. *laughter* stop. When I was 16 years old, I was a junior in high school, um had a lot of stuff planned for that year. Really, I was the topped rank 400-meter runner and jumper a- long jumper in the state. And I had to go to Texas. And that was like a totally different environment, totally different people, totally different way of living. Everything changed, and you couldn’t just come back home. It just it feels like everything you knew, you don’t have anymore. Everything you knew that was certain in your life, was uncertain. So, it was just a wake up call for a lot of people, including myself that things can change in an instant. For better or for the worse. That’s it.
